Volatile Organic Compounds Analyzers (VOC’s)

Several RAE Systems analyzers come with a PID (Photo Ionization Detector) for VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds). VOC’s are commonly found in newer buildings or newly refurbished offices and homes. The new carpets, upholstery, adhesives, manufactured wood products, copier toners and even cleaning supplies all contribute to what is known as “sick building syndrome”.
