Test Instruments

This category covers a wide range of meters and instruments that fall primarily under the Testo family of reference class HVAC and IAQ instruments.  Some of these instruments have only one or two functions but a few of them are designed to work with dozens of different types of probes and sensors.

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) monitoring and Test and Air Balancing (TAB) are a couple of industries that have really taken off in recent years.  Indoor environmental safety and building energy efficiency are important in the maintenance of all human-occupied structures.  Building owners and maintenance engineers alike are reaping tremendous benefits in energy cost savings and in keeping occupants happy and safe.

Not only can our instruments measure and read but they can also datalog readings of humidity, temperature, pressure, light intensity, sound levels, pH and conductivity of water and other liquids, RPM (rotational speed), linear speed, air velocity and air balancing in buildings.

A more recent addition to our line of analyzers is a series of digital refrigeration manifold gauge sets.  Whereas most analog manifold gauge sets for refrigerants have two or three refrigerant pressure readings on the gauge face, our digital Testokool manifold gauge sets have over 35 refrigerant tables in memory including three user-customizable locations as well.  Superheating and sub-cooling calculations are also included along with external, pipe wrap temperature sensors.

Data logging capability is included and software is available with all of these instruments for downloading of the data that’s been logged so, if it can be measured, you can read it, store it and print it out!
