The SV10 is a direct acting, four port, four-way solenoid valve, with ports on each side of the brass body.
These valves are primarily designed for controlling double-acting air or hydraulic cylinders with non-corrosive gases, light oils or light particulate liquid.
No minimum pressure is required for operation, and less than 1 psig minimum, pressure differential in the direction of flow is required for drip-tight sealing.
The SV10 Model employs Valcor's unique Floating Seal design, which utilizes an optically flat Delrin® seal disc against an equally flat stain less steel seat. The straight-through flow and self-lapping of the discs make the valves less susceptible to contaminants in the fluid.
